For uninsured Doctor accept payment by cash:
I st visit $150.00 for 1h
follow up visits $80.00- 30min. 
For payment online  with credit card fee increase $5.00 per transaction.
phone consult for  supplement - minimum 10 min - $22.00 if you need more time for it- every 5 min $ 11.00 
You will not regret professional conclusion.
For consultation by phone for sickness ONLY  if you have been in the clinic before.
The fee is 15 min  minimum-$36.00
for 30 min-$ 68.00

​Doctor is contract with many insurances  and also  working on with many insurance companies to be in included in their net work.
Right now we  can be covered with off net service. We will fill a claim form and send to your insurance company.

Different types of office visits:

1. First visit with detailed medical history and physical exam -1 hour.

2. Follow up visits for 30 min.

3. Follow up visits for 15-20 min.

4. Uncomplicated Acute illness   20-30 min.

5. Injection  will always follow  initial  1 hour or initial 30-40 min  visit. Injection usually takes  5 min for intramuscular, and 10-20 min for intravenous 
Intravenous drops can be up to 1 hours.

6. Body work manipulation and physiotherapy usually takes 15-30 min.

7. Hydrotherapy 15-45 min.

8. Minor surgery procedures 30-45 min.

Insurance.

Insurance should cover NDs.
​685.055 Discrimination by Director of Oregon Health Authority against naturopathic physicians prohibited. The Director of the Oregon Health Authority may not discriminate between licensed naturopathic physicians and any other person authorized by law to render professional services that a licensed naturopathic physician may render, when such services are required. If the Oregon Health Authority is responsible for paying for such services, the services shall be paid for in the same manner and under the same standards as similar professional services. [1993 c.366 §2; 2001 c.900 §215; 2009 c.595 §1090]

Questions to ask your medical insurance since many insuranses has many different plan and coverages.
1. Do I have naturopathic benefits?
2. Is the provider I’m seeing contracted in-network or out-of-network on my specific plan?
3.What are my co-pay, annual deductible and/or coinsurance costs per member or family?
4. Do I need a referral to see Naturopathic Physician?
5. Is there a limit on the number of visits or maximum dollar amount per year?
6. Does my insurance and/or health savings account cover dietary supplements?  
 7. Do I  have IV-therapy benefits, will it still be covered if performed by a naturopath?
